This is a hardcore workout for more definition and to get the striations in your chest. This goes over aseries of different band exercises that you can do. To get the best results you need to do consecutively. For each exercise go for 10-12 reps each set, but if you can’t seem to get through the workout start with 6-10 reps first. My daughter appears in this video but that goes to show you, you can still workout when you have kids so don’t be discouraged. I have 3 🙂
