This is the second workout of my pure power 20 minute workout series.
The workout consists of a 3 minute warmup, 9 rounds of 1 minute interval exercises with 30 second breaks in between and a cool down.
I am developing my system as I go but plan on continuing this series for 4 weeks. There will be 3 workouts a week consisting of one upper body circuit, lower body circuit and a core/abs one every week.
