Details
This bootcamp will give you a great total body workout while focusing on specific muscle groups. I have modifications for all the exercises so beginner and advanced athletes of all ages 11 and up are welcome.
Bring a mat and a set of light dumbbells preferably 2 to 10lbs until you know where you stand.
We do incorporate obstacles in between sets that could include cones, tires and slamballs among other things. Come try it out and bring a new friend to get both your workouts free the 1st time.
Normal fee is $5 for a 1 hour class.
We don’t judge but work hard and have fun. Restrooms are available. So bring a positive attitude and as always make sure to “GIVE IT ALL YOU GOT!” 💯👍💪🖐😀
