This vidoe briefly shows proof of how you can gain a lot of power from doing supersets. Ask yourself when you workout are you sore or did you just workout. I learned through experience that you have to be challenged and pushed beyond your comfort zone for results. I didn’t figure this out until years of working out but you don’t have to. Mix up your routines, go through my videos and try a new workout every other day or even week. Point is don’t let your muscles predict your workouts and keep them in shock for the best growth and definition you can get. You work hard so let it show.
