Intense 6 Minute Battle Rope And Med Slam Ball Workout – Tabata Style Workout

Intense 6 Minute Battle Rope and Medicine ball workout. The tempo is 20 seconds of work and 10 second breaks. Repeat 2 or 3 times to torture yourself. Exercises listed below. Stay for a quick talk after the workout to see why / what changes are going on here on my current channel.

*** WHAT YOU WILL NEED ***
-Battle Ropes
– Med Ball or Slam Ball (Using 15 pound Med Ball)
-Water
-Mat (Optional)
-Towel (Optional)

– Warm up prior to this workout

– Cool Down – Stretch

1. Battle Waves
2. Wall Ball Push Throws
3. Side Throw Rotations L
4. Side Throw Rotations R
5. In and Out Waves
6. Rope Slams
7. High Wall Throws
8. L Uneven Med Ball Pushups
9. Straight Up Throw Situps
10. R Uneven Med Ball Pushups
11. V Hold Tricep Extension Press
