This is an extended 5+ minute cool down stretch that is recommended to do after you complete mine or any other workouts! Always warmup your body before ever doing any kind of stretching exercises. Since all my workouts are under 20 minutes I made this video so that you all at home can benefit from my complete stretch and cool down routine any time of the day at your leisure.
