Lets go Extreme celebrating the New Year with a Tabata workout that will increase your football skills out on the field! Workout consists of 21 exercises. Work 20 seconds on and 10 second breaks. Doing 2 rounds each excluding the warmup. This one is intense so lets get Wild like a kentucky Wild Cat! My kids join me on this one… no excuses and Happy New Year 2016!

I give 2 versions of most exercises. A novice to intermediate one and a more advanced version but we move fast so pay attention.
Light dumbbells are incorporated throughout my workouts. Preferably 1-10 pounds is recommended until you are positive of your limits.
