If you like insanity ,p90x and being in a group atmosphere then my workouts may be for you even if you don’t. I have an beginner/intermediate version and advanced version to every exercise. The workouts are based on time so it doesn’t matter how many reps you can do just do the best you can. Classes give you a total body workout from your upper body, lower body , core and abs.
