This is a intense arm,shoulder, upper body and core workout! This includes jabs,hooks and uppercuts. You want to start in a boxing stance like the one I start in. From there you want to use your whole body when throwing a punch. Watch the feet as it turns with the body. You increase power from your feet all the way to your fists.
