Time to go beast mode in this muscle building bicep workout that will definitely get you feeling it the next day. Its short and hits your biceps from all angles to get great results. Try to go through 2 to 3 rounds of this for maximum results.
Breakdown:
30 seconds of work
10 second breaks in between
Exercises are back to back until the end of the 10 minute workout.
You will need two dumbbells. I am using 35 pounders and 10 pounders.(alternate weights depending on exercise and indivisual capability) Know your limits, start lighter if you are unsure and whatever weight you use should be just hard enough to complete each round. Good luck!
