The name says it all! This is a workout that focuses on your abs and core area. Abs is the middle area of your stomach where we all want to get that six pack. Core is basically the middle torso area of your body that holds everything together. The stronger that is the more powerful your overall power will be. A fitness ball is used in this video and is really cheap to get. You can pick up at walmart under $10 bucks and can be used for many workouts.(see my others) This requires a bit of balance so don’t do this near the edge or anything or on something you wouldn’t want to fall on…like concrete.
