This will help cut up your back part of your tricep. Start by standing straight up or sitting down. Hold dumbbell with one hand from the inside out on one side of the dumbbell. You will then grab the dumbbell like you would a can with thumb and fingers on opposite sides going around the handle of dumbbell close to either end. This exercise may feel odd and unbalanced due to the positioning so make sure to use light weight. You don’t want to end up hitting your head and injuring yourself.
