There is two variations of shrugs in this video. First is the back shrugs when your standing in front ofthe bar facing forward and the other is when your behind the bar still facing forward same direction. The only difference is what side of bar your own . You should be standing straight up and not heeled over. Don’t pull your shoulder forwards when standing behind bar which would could cause irregular development . When doing shrugs it like you are shrugging your shoulder saying I don’t know..quote the name shrugs.
