Lat Pull Downs is a great exercise to work the area right under your arms called your lats known as latissimus dorsi. This is a good area to work if you have lidipose tissue known as a fat that you are trying to get rid of. This will also help to give you that v-shape to expand your overall to you back area. You can stand with you legs closer together then seen in my video if desired. Mine was wider due to the bench beneath me but may also be preferred by those who might feel off balanced.
