This is combination of many different bicep dumbbell workouts. In this video I show you how to do a superset on 5+ exercises consecutively.To get the full benefit you want to try to go for 5 to 10 reps on every set that you do. This is help you burn calories by raising your blood pressure and get your heart pumping that blood where it is needed the most. I do not do 5-10 reps of every exercise in the video so don’t follow the amount of reps verbatim. This is helping you build the fundamentals you need to have a great ,safe and effective workout. 🙂
