This is a 20 minute workout for upper body that consists of the following below.
Breakdown:
2 1/2 – 3 min warm up
8 rounds , 1 min each of work
30 second breaks in between
1+ min burnout
2 1/2 min cool down
Each video I make is a work in progress with the tools that I have to make everyone better quality workout videos. Timer was close to the camera which made beeps louder and reduced my voice at times but practice makes perfect. Have a great workout!
